Ramroder 0 Posted July 19, 2012 In my household at the moment more than one person are using one desktop PC. Each person has their own steam acccount, their own copy of arma and arma 2 (each purchased seperately and each their own cd key) and each has a character they play on.The problem is the following, ever since six launcher no matter what we try it logs into the same account therefore only one character...Anyone know how to rectify this problem? Markedgun 15 Posted July 19, 2012 (edited) I can't really help you with Six updater but if you all wanna play on your characters you need to start Arma via steam.I know that you can fix it and still use Six updater so if you really need to use Six update you need to find someone else. The only thing is that at the moment when i try and run it through steam i get an error message saying error creating direct 3d 9 graphical engine.If you get the graphical engine bug i'm not sure about the updater but using this as your default launch options might fix it: -beta=Expansion\beta;Expansion\beta\Expansion -mod=@dayz -nosplashIf you don't already know you right click arrowhead click properties then set default launch options.
