Streamer envy, I need help doing an uninstall and then a proper install.

I watch people stream this game on twitch, it runs fine, doesnt crash, and they switch servers left and right without 20 minute delays.

Help me out here.

Please explain your issues more clearly =/

My FPS is far below what it should be, even on low pop/low ping servers with low settings.

5-10 is completely ridiculous.

trying to connect to a server takes upward of 10 minutes.

the game crashes numerous times when Im simply respawning or switching/connecting to a server.
