"Bad serial number given at setup"

What to do about this??

Bought Arma 2 and OA just last night. I have right clicked on OA and seen the product key as well :/ but cannot play the game T_T

how to fix?

Edit: loaded up ARMA II, was fine. Got to main menu. I booted up ARMA II: OA, and got the error code.
