Invincibility or something like it

I was on server 590 yesterday and had three incidents where it appeared people were invincible. I don't have proof and I didn't see their names. I am simply reporting what happened and I realize I might not have enough information for anything to be done. I was playing on July 17th between 6pm and 11pm CST on server 590.

1. Hatchet. A player came into the room I was in and I hit them with a hatchet with no apparent plans of protecting themselves, looked right at me and stood their while I hit them 5-6 times with a Hatchet. I saw blood but they just stood there. Puzzled I paused, swung again and again then the guy shot me. Despite knowing how to hit people with a hatchet and knowing when it connects this guy did not die and didn't seem remotely concerned for his safety. This happened in the tower at the airfield.

2. Two clips close range: Since I had decent stuff I foolishly went back to the airfield tower after finding a G17 hoping the other player didn't want most of my stuff and it would still be there. I found a person in the tower who seemed similarly equipped and had a hatchet. I asked "are you the guy who just killed me and took my Hatchet" and he said "yeah, sorry do you want it back". So hoping he actually felt bed I said yes and he came down again with no care for his safety and I shot two clips into him from close range from a G17. They were good clean shots and again I saw blood. But after two clips of him just standing there he laughed, ran up to me and killed me with one or two hatchet swings.

3. Sniper taking too many bullets: I found a sniper across from the hospital in the red apartments who had taken a shot at me earlier from long range and missed. I got on the bottom floor and waited for him to come down. He came down and again I shot an entire clip into him and it didn't phase him. I waited and then again with no success. All while these guys are as bold as can be.

Maybe I am crazy but two clips from any gun or 5-6 + 2 hatchet shots should kill anyone in this game especially at close range.

Cheats like this make the game unfun for anyone expect the exploiter. I really hope when this becomes a standalone game cheats like this will make zombies always attack the player constantly and/or have them permanently bleeding.

it might not be a cheat, playing the PMC campaign online with a friend and on the mission with destroying the tanks with the thermal sniper(if you know it) well if you do know it there's one tank thats pretty awkward to hit anyway we failed pretty hard but noticed i could not die i would be knocked down but could never die, tested it over and over which was fairly hillarious as a tank shell would send me flying miles... so i wonder if it can be a bug aswell as a hack... probably a hack though lets face it.

I don't know what you are talking about I simply mentioned what happened and said I didn't have the information. I didn't even know this was possible until after it happened and I saw the cheat reporting forums. I reported it and mentioned I provided the information I had. I see little reason to lie on the forum. I haven't mentioned anyone's name so it can't be payback I am just informing whoever runs the server of my experience.
