six launcher has stopped working

i ve been trying to get on to dayz for a couple of days now and seem to be having a few problems. i seem to get past one then hit anouther. my latest is that when i click the six launcher it give me an error message saying "six launcher has stopped working" this is annoyiong me so much im running windows vista could this be the problem any help would be appreciated. also i think i need to update the dayz mod for it to work and i only seem to be able to do this through the launcher can anybody help.

I find it hard to believe that the DayZ Creators have nothing to say about this, I sent in a help request telling them whats up. I havent heard a word from them. I hope our problem is resolved soon my friend. Cheers
