Gas Masks and Tear Gas Grenades

I would like to see the addition of Tear Gas grenades and Gask Masks.

The Tear Gas would have 2 functions, disabling players for a short period of time and attracting zombies similar to the Smoke Grenades. Players hit with tear gas would cough and gasp for air, their vision would go blurry as tears filled their eyes and they would stumble and be unable to run until the gas wore off. Gas would wear off 10-15 seconds after the player got away from the gas cloud. If used indoors the grenades efficiency would be much better, with one grenade being able to flood a small house with gas.

Gas Masks are the counter to the Tear Gas. While wearing it the player is immune to the effects of the gas but their vision is limited, they can only see through the eye peices of the mask similar to the NVGs but with two smaller holes rather than one large hole. Maybe as a way of making the masks harder to use, add the need to find filters for them.

Spawn locations for the masks would be fire stations and military areas while grenades are specifically military loot only.
