You probably could i would say you can for sure because im not familiar with your graphics card but the game is still nice enough on the lowest settings

i7 what 1st gen sec or 3rd and if you trun AA off or low and disable shadows make sure vsync is not on you should be fine

I have to play on very low for nice framerate but its a good deal because i can still use this awesome mod..

Watch this video and do everything he says exept put the quality to med
