It's not hacking, it's a modified server. I saw him pick up an automatic heavy rifle from a supermarket (this weapon isn't even in DayZ). I guess the server is password protected and disconnected from the Hive.

EDIT : the vehicule menu is different, and he just said "it isn't DayZ", so it's just a different mod.

EDIT 2 : The mod name is the title of the stream -_- Dynamic Zombie Sandbox
