Stronger crossbow bolts?

I was running around with my friends today on DayZ while one of my friends were running around using a crossbow and collecting all the bolts and it made me wonder what if there were different types of bolts? Maybe it would make more people use crossbows such as thing like

Poisonous tips - When a player or zombie is hit and they do not die the player starts losing blood every couple of seconds, now it could either be they need anti poison to rid of this or they end up dying from it or it wears off after a while? And for the zombie they would get hit ( If they don't die ) walk around until they finally collapse from the poison killing them

I haven't really thought of other bolt types but this was just to give an idea, if anyone could give their suggestion on this or explain another bolt type that would be apprieciated

The crossbow is a 1 shot hit for zed but knowing its reload time i wouldn't use it for PVP.

what's the actual point of the crossbow other than a gimmick? Doesn't each bolt take up an ammo slot? Madness... Is it silent?

it is silent, and you can recover bolts, that's all. It's only usefull against single zeds standing in your way...

really like the idea of poison bolts. But not finding them, rather finding the tools to poison found bolts. And other players can use the same tools to make anti-poisons.
