ComboBreaker 9 Posted May 20, 2012 Maybe he was a survivor who had to self defend himself from someone and thus getting bandit skin?He was trying to regain humanity back,thus killing you was the worst option.He has bandaged you and left,trying to avoid any further contacts with survivors.
