Having trouble with 1 file.

Hi, I bought dayz last week & a day later I had to do a reinstall due to an error installing dayz. But since then everytime I join a game I get "No Entry bin/config bin/cfgweapons". So I go to steam and I verify intergrity of game cache, I wait awhile and it tells me 1 file is missing & it downloads it. I play dayz fine after that but then the next time I launch dayz I get the error again. The file keeps vanishing or something and I have to keep veifying files to get it back.

Does anyone know whats causing this and how I fix it? I use vista 64bit ultimate if that helps.
