Make it a requirement for proof (Pictures, Video) in "Cheat Reporting"

Recommended Posts

I'm sure most of the threads are being ignored and not really noticed because the mass of them that just say something like:

"hey there was a guy on us 26 who had a golden akm and killed us"

Which does nothing but waste time for developers. Maybe make it a requirement to have *PICS or *VID in the title depending on what you have and not having something is a forum offense. Possibly a warn or something. For example, someones thread says "Hacker on US 322, *PICS", but there are no pictures or anything of the sort.

I feel this would really just help with the accuracy of reports. It's possible that a few reports are just butt sore players who were killed and had to get back at the person who killed them. It's possible someone wasn't hacking and someone thought they were. Really, without any form of evidence, the Cheat Reporting becomes an easy way for people who just bother you to become banned. I mean, some admins may take limited evidence, that's really up to them. If someone reports it, and they accept it, who is to blame?

So really, I feel it would be great to require some sort of picture/video evidence in the cheat reporting section. Without that requirement, it becomes a mass of useless threads that help nobody and, in my opinion, cause admins to check a few useless threads and possibly miss out on one that has video.

A few questions I have:

Admins, do you ever see threads like the example above and take action?

Do you agree with what I have to say about the section?

What would you change in my idea?
