Maybe disappeared because server crash, if server down befor restart, some times all vehicles and tents disappear but when server restart at 12 8 16 pm it will apear again, see again and if you have it give me :P ahahah

How does the location ID get assigned at the moment?, another UK123 has popped up in the master browser list hosted by alpha-networks.co.uk

Location ID's are assigned by the DayZ team as part of the server application process and can be seen on the services page by the server owners, both parties should check their relevant pages and double check they are using the correct ID's.

Hi Jagerbomb, I was playing on your server earlier, when i was suddenly teleported without any notice to an obviously non-day z location with hundreds of tents and boxes and was presented with an on-screen message along the lines of "Welcome to the thunderdome, in 5 minutes a helicopter will spawn, theres are ammo and guns in the crates, fight to the death!"

At this point I tried to get out but was was walled in. All my items had been stripped and I had nothing. I quickly restocked from the boxes taking only the exact items I had earlier. At this point, i was teleported again, back to the same place, again with no items. This happened about 4 more times, then an alarm began to sound and a working helicopter spawned in front of me. At this point, I was teleported out of the strange area, and appeared in the airfield.

However, all my orignal items and gear had appeared, apart from my weapons, secondary and primary. I had appeared along with 3 other players, and was then promptly picked off along with them by another user with a sniper rifle.

Evidently I would guess this was the work of a hacker, but after I logged off and respawned etc. I had lost all my stuff, and had to start again.

I'm not particularly bothered about dying in and of itself, but it's pretty annoying to get teleported all over the map etc. and have my items taken away and be killed while defenceless.

Any ideas about how if this was hackers etc. or is this some crazy feature of your server? :D

Cheers for hosting the server, I hadn't had any problems with hackers until last night but realise this isn't a problem specific to your server. See you in-game!

Was playing just now with friends and after fixing a car up for ages, a hacker killed everyone on the server, yay. Great server otherwise though.

11th August Update:

Hardware failure on server so it will be offline until such a point I can afford to replace the failed SSD.

It was an m24 sorry, not an m40. But yes, also had a saw, m14, as50, an m16a2m203 with like 5 HE rounds and a dmr. Didn't take my medical supplies though, so thanks for that much at least. The bad thing is, I had just transferred them from another server in the morning, died thanks to a teleporting invisible hacker (lost gps and nvgs) and by the time I got back to camp in the evening, they were gone. Sods law.

Yeah we probably did find it - I "May" be wrong, but if it's the one I am thinking of then it was kinda in a super obvious place no? I stumbled across it whilst driving to the coast to fetch a squaddie who died.

The boot of those ATVs is BIG let me assure you.

I feel your pain, lost AS50/M4 Holo M203 to a hacker a week back and had all the usual tools etc. Sucks.

Hey, at least yours wasnt the camp with the bus about 8 tents and a car, cus we stole the bus and rebranded it as the party bus and drove about the NW airfield for an hour running over zombies then abondoned that in stary when we finally broke it.

The car was so far deep into the woods in the NE that it ust have taken hours to crawl that there and would be unusuable where it was. Naturally the AS50 sorted that out so somewhere, someone is enjoying a new car at least and maybe a bus.

It was near enough the border that you would only find it if you were looking for a camp. There's nothing there now though except a couple of old tents that I cant pick up. Cant wait until they make the map bigger and introduce some more discreet ways of hiding things, I got most of that stuff by finding other peoples camps in the first place.

Guys just another reminder that this server is now showing in browsers as UK242, This is due to the location code being used by another server.

If you used UK123 as your home server (camps,vehicles etc) they are still there on UK242

Update: Server now as Hacker free as can be due to the usage of custom script detection files. I have personally removed most of the hacked in weapons too so overall this should be a much more fun server to play on and I am nearly always active ingame ([JB]An Affected Man)
