Need help for taking care of hackers/hopers/exploits

I run US140 and we were just nuked on our server last night we tried count less times to ban this person but he just kept coming back into the server. how do I perma ban a hacker it seems like its only a temp ban when you ban them is there a way to perma ban them from your server knowing there hacking/dcin or hoping to flank for backstabbing kills. If you can perma ban them then how? Im new to hosting a dayz server and would be nice to know how to do this. I have the proof for them hacking via screenshots/video/logs but cant seem to fig how to perma ban them only to temp ban them can someone explian how to perma ban them from my server?

Also I saw a post saying we abuse are admin rights this is not so we simply inforce the rules of no hoping or exploits and will cont. to kick/ban anyone that does so.

Are you using BERcon as an Rcon tool? Ban their GUID via that

Hey SHENSHADE,

You'll want to ban his GUID AND IP form your server by adding them to the file in cfgdayz/BattlEye/bans.txt; also, if you haven't already, update your server to beta patch #95054 as it fixes a bug in BattlEye that doesn't properly verify GUIDs, allowing banned users to continue logging in to a server even after they've been blacklisted.

Ok so I did like it said and added there IP/GUID to the ban.txt file yet these bastards still keep coming back in. Is there some hack that allows this or is this just them changing there IP/GUID.
