I tried this once with a friend...

Two guys were just getting RAILED in a barn with just hatchets, bleeding and all. Me and my friend had never aimlessly killed before.

So we decided to try it.

We yelled "HEY HEY. WE HAVE MED SUPPLIES. ARE YOU ALRIGHT? NEED HELP?"
