Unable to remap keys

So I've been trying to get my bindings to remap so that I can play the game correctly (at the moment there is no key to change weapons or even lift weapon to aim down sights) and while the game takes the command and shows that it's been changed when I try it in game it doesn't work. Any suggestions?

Oh and this is on multiple computers as I've tried both at home and at work.
