How do I switch out a weapon from pack?

I have an AKM equiped and a CZ in my pack, how can I switch them out without losing one? (I've lost one in the past by dropping it to equip the pack gun) Thanks!

Doubleclick your backpack open, select the gun from back and click the arrow thingy and boom, it should be in your inventory.

Always take the weapon you want OUT from your backpack. The game will automatically switch it out for you and put your AKM in your backback while giving you the CZ

Drop the pack, turn around, run in opposite direction.

Problem solved - you have no weapon to change to in your pack, as you now lack a pack entirely.

I read something on the wiki about accidentally destroying your ammo. Does this trick bring mags along with the weapon when you switch? Is there a risk of losing some ammo in the process if the mag numbers dont match?

Imagine this scenario.

You have a CZ as primary with 2 clips of ammo and the rest of your inventory is full.

You have a AK in your backpack with 4 clips of ammo and the rest of your backpack is full.

If you try to switch the AK from your backpack to primary it will switch the guns out.

It will also move all ammo associated with that gun over. The 2 CZ clips are moved to your bag and the 4 AK clips are moved to you inventory.

The only problem is you didnt have room in your bag for all 4 of the AK clips.

Therefore 2 things in your inventory (not sure which 2 ) would get deleted (or dropped. Not sure on that either.)

The mags come along with you. I've not lost ammo doing this method as of yet. You shouldn't be carrying loads of ammo anyways.
