Beta patch website requires password?

I have recently started playing DayZ just yesterday and had absolutely no problems whatsoever. I used SixLauncher to install it because putting files in places is not my strength. I launched SixLauncher today and saw there was an update for DayZ so I installed it. I launched DayZ and I couldnt connect to any servers. I was stuck on the Wait for Host message. I checked for updates on the beta patch to see if I could fix the error that way. I went to the website and was unable to download anything because the website requires a username and password to download? This has never happened (at least from yesterday when I used it) and I dont know the username or password. I read somewhere that BattlEye caused the problem so I reinstalled that and it didnt work. Sorry for such a long post but I really need help!

I have also been asked for passswd etc lately when getting patches. Ive been playing Arma series for 3 years and never had this happen with any updates before so i was also confused.

I believe the website can't handle a lot of people all downloading at once, I just used the link above for quickness..
