Forums: Guide Section

I would suggest that we add a Guide Section to the forums for people to post their guides.

Some examples would be:

1. How to use the sun as a compass

2. Where to find animals and how to use them as food

3. Navigating using an online map

The list goes on, I had a look around the forums and couldn't find a place for posting guides.

We used to have something similar Worrun. All the guides were stickied in the New Player section. But there was so many guides it was getting hard to find the info you wanted.

So we took all the stickies down and made them into links in just 1 thread here - Index of helpful Threads - http://dayzmod.com/forum/index.php?/topic/10051-index-of-helpful-threads/

If you made the guides yourself Worrun, post it into the New player section and start the post with [GUIDE] "your subject here" and let us know then it may be added to the list in Griff's thread above.
