Whitelisting question

Should the IP that I requested to be whitelisted by the main IP to my box? or will it work if its just one of the IPs that I have use of on my box.

Thanks in advance.

PS: Im getting the "This server is running the wrong version blah blah" error that I have ready usually means a whitelist issue.

We had this issue, we just restarted the dedi box and it was gone afterwards. ... but maybe not a 100% solution to your problem
