Sacrify 0 Posted July 18, 2012 (edited) Hello there, Im new here, readed the topics above and followed the todo before starting an thread. I got an Problem I was not able to find on the Board.First of all, I buyed the Arma2 Combined Pack, downloaded both Games, Installed them, started Arma2 - Operation Arrowhead. Then I downloaded the Six Updater, Installed/updated DayZ and tried to join any server. I was able to. But there Is an graphic problem I cannot handle and I could not find any problem like this before. I made a short video to show you what I mean, the rest is written down in the Video description.I hope you could find the reason for my problem. And sorry for the bad english. I uploaded this video to show which problem I've got with my DayZ game... if I start Arma2 on normal way, there are no Texture glitches. But if i start DayZ, i get the problem, that everything around me is dark, very dark like you can see on this tape. I hope you know an awnser for that reason. Sacrify 0 Posted July 18, 2012 Well, I think I know how to start the game without that Problem...This texture Prob just starts if I start the game direct from the Six Updater... if I start DayZ as expansion from Arma2 it runs normal. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
Fraggle (DayZ) 15720 Posted July 18, 2012 Your problem is that you started on a server at night. Night in this game can be very dark, especially if there's no moon. Sacrify 0 Posted July 28, 2012 This is possible... may I need an new PC :D and thanks for your awnsers... I found out, that it was really night on that server and there was no Graphic error.
