The HUD on the right... little confused

On the right hand side, what is the icon that is like a little bone or something. Not the one that looks like a broken one. ( i know that one, means i cant walk) What does the other on mean? It appears right above that one.

Shock. It means you've taken damage (non-zombie), and if you disconnect you'll be unconscious when you log back in.

It feels like you need more food and water in a short time, and you panic (scream) sometimes, when zombies are near you (other players hear that).

OOo ok thanks! I thought it meant that i had liked a sprained bone, and if I dint do something about it, it would break. So I always took pain killers when I saw that icon, Which now I see, was a waste!

( shock go away on its own?)
