Survivor looking for group of 1-4

Not looking for any clans so please save me the recruitment speech. Don't get me wrong clans are full of great people, but that isn't what I'm looking for.

Main reason I'd like a small group to play with is because I've gone looking into clans and stuff, but it's usually a group of 15 people scattered around servers/maps. I'd like a much smaller more personal group to play with.

Anyone have a minimal group already and their own voice/ventrilo/TS?

Also I don't have skype. :\
