SCO 60 admin abuse

Myself and a friend of mine have recently decided to make this server our "home" server. We've noticed some odd behavior from the admins... mainly constant server restarts at random intervals in order to get helicopter/veacule spawns near their locations with recently the server restarting with only myself and my friend online and both OM6 players (server admins) prob in an attempt to spawn the recently downed heli. Also after observing their helicopter crash we decided to move in and loot their bodies, we found on both players rang finders, M16 acog rifles, gillie suits, 2 M9 silenced pistols all of which we suspect to be dupped items as they're rare to come by.

What proof can we provide or how can we prove this abuse?
