verius (DayZ) 4 Posted July 18, 2012 I have reinstalled Arma2 and arma2 ao from steam on the server. Re-ran through the install instructions i was emailed. I can connect to the server with newest beta patches and everything tries to load. Then i get an error saying "server is running an incorrect version of server side app..." I read the post the other day saying that is could be like 4 different things.I downloaded the hive data from the server location that is listed on my server instance id at support.dayzmod.com (not sure if i have the newest hive, version on the site is from jul 13th)I am currently running this server on windows 2008 R2 and have udp ports 2302-2308 opened in the firewall.Can't tell if i am not able to talk to the hive or not(not sure how you check)Anyone have any ideas why i am still getting this error? verius (DayZ) 4 Posted July 18, 2012 So i think the issue might be the dayz appears to be trying to talk to the hive on a different ip address than the server is using. TCP xxx.xxx.xx.226:59201 dayz:3306 SYN_SENTInstead of using the ip i have listed for the server.UDP xxx.xxx.xx.229:2302 *:*Anyone have any idea how to force dayz to use the correct ip for the server? ryahn 112 Posted July 18, 2012 I had this issue where my server was doing this. I was running the hive version of 0.4.1 but I had to end up running 6.2.1. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
