Where can i find a car or any vehicle?

I was wondering where is the best place to go and get my hands on a vehicle. I have looked in the places they spawn but have had no luck.

Get a server or make friends with a server admin, clan or hacker.

Or get lucky and stumble across one.

Apparently, they are practically raining from the sky for some, but for some of us... They seem almost mythical.

If you don't see them then clans might be hoarding them, but it could be pure luck. Every single vehicle could be moving around 24/7 and you might just be in the wrong place at the wrong time.

I would bet money that they are held by clans. That's one of the things clans like to do. The Ural and V3S makes a great base.
