Selfhost Server with Password?

Its possible to create a selfhost server with password to learn the game with friends?

because we on a server and there is a player who kill us with a sniper. when one of us shot on him he disconnect. after 15min he comes back and the same :(

I guess it'd be possible to self host a server over Hamachi, but your gear wouldn't save when you exit and you'd always have to start at the beach.

Just switch servers is all I can really recommend.

now i start allways at the beach how i can start in the woods?

You only ever spawn on the beach, if you exit in the woods on a proper server, you'll start in the woods with your previous gear, hope that helps.
