Improvement of Boats

I think it would be a good idea to increase the speed on the small boats slightly and make it heatable. atleast the one with the roof. you are loosing temp way to fast.

Also i think it would be neat adding a boatlight that you can move around in freelook. just some ideas.

The smallboats are pretty pointless alright, it goes like 12 or something whilst you walk 18ish i think.
