My friend cannot log back in

Hello,

Just a quick troubleshoot. I think my friend has a corrupted file. He cannot log back into the servers after he exited out after no messages recieved / red chain. it gets stuck at the loading screen and it gives him an error on his debug monitor. Can someone help him out?

Player name is Desbois [29th ID]

I can't verify this but I've heard from people that restarting the game, your computer, or the router fixes this issue. It's worth a try.
