JFox225 2 Posted July 17, 2012 I've seen this hinted at in other discussions but I couldn't find a similar topic here when I did a search. Anyway...A lot of people complain that they get to high value loot areas only to find flares, chemlights, trash etc. It appears that a loot pile will not respawn until all items are looted. Would it make sense for a pile to respawn 10 minutes or so after an item is taken? This will probably make loot farming even worse but the situation is already terrible for people trying to play the game the right way. Spending 2 hours making your way to the NW airfield barracks and finding nothing but junk is pretty disheartening. 2 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

But, something else is (almost) always found. It's a part of life, and I do get what you are saying. But the matter of fact is... it's a part of the game. There was a dude there too with loads of weapons and no food, I guess we both suffered the same fate.Could've been you! Oh god how I wish I knew his story. thorgold 91 Posted July 17, 2012 Loot does respawn after 15 minutes, but all the items in the spawn need to be moved away first. It's a process called "loot cycling," which is the alternative to server hopping when players want to farm a loot point. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
