Better mouse settings overall?

Recommended Posts

So coming from Counter-Strike, I like to play with no mouse acceleration - negative or positive. In Arma II (Day Z), there seems to be forced negative acceleration and positive acceleration. Anyway to turn off?

X axis mouse movement is affected by negative acceleration (Mouse dampening)

Y axis mouse movement is affected by positive acceleration (Tradition mouse accel)

Also there seems to be no apparent way to fine tune mouse sensitivity via decimal format...

What I would like to see:

Ability to customize mouse acceleration

Ability to fine-tune mouse sensitivity

I think you can manually edit your profile.cfg file and there will be the decimal values I guess.

also its has nothing to do about Arma you can post it on BI forums as its Arma settings and not DayZ.

You can edit your profile configs to tweak the sensitivity, it wont do much use tho. When you move your view to a point where you model has to move itself, it locks to a certain sensitivity and will act slow.

I highly recommend disabling mouse smoothing tho
