Infection System

Currently there is no system of dependency in game, as someone whos been a bandit and back, i don't need to rely on anyone in game to help me and i can survive just as well, Bloodbags just makes it harder for me but meat is always a good alternative. So this makes individual players prone to go "bad" as they dont need anything from other players, and by killing other players it makes it easier for them to get loot/ammo.

So introducing the infection system, where if you are hit by a zombie and say starts bleeding, you get infected, and only other players can treat you, and if you don't get treated within a timelimit, you will randomly turn into a zombie/die.

this will give keep individual players inline, but theres always groups of bandits, but they however unlike individual players are a minority and not a majority. therefore is not an issue.

Going solo already has it's fairly strong risks. I'm not sure if I believe another is needed.

Sorry but it's not realistic, if there was any infection in real life by what procedure aside an injection of antibiotics would you need assistance?

I can understand you need help with a blood infusion cause I myself passed out when I gave blood I can't imagine it being more fun having it pumped into you enough you'd be so bold as to do it alone.

Aside, if your playing solo it's risky, and it's more FUN playing in groups, so your missing out going all rambo on your own.

A zombie fucking apocolypse isnt realistic.

So we should remove the food, drink and blood systems, have infinite ammo and can only die to neon-space bazookas.

thats a good point. there should be a chance to get infected, and then after 20-30 min or something you should turn into a zombie/die.

If there was a cure to the infection, why wouldn't they have used it on other infected zombies already to clean up the mess? Also, if you were infected, the only reason you'd need another player to help you would be to feed on him/her after you change over.

Bandits already have to play it very careful as it is. Where as regular players potentially have strength in numbers, bandits have to tread lightly and plan more carefully.

Fact is if your playing solo and given a time limit to get this 'cure' problem is finding the medicine, and then someone to apply it, not everyone is in groups so this would be annoying and not adding much to the game.
