Dayz TS3 ingame overlay?

Can someone refer me a link or tell me how to setup an ingame overlay for TS3 to be used in Dayz? I've seen streams and Youtube videos where people have this but I don't know where to go to look into it? Can someone help me out?

If you have TS3 updated etc. it should be a chechbox option in the [settings] > [Plugins] to enable it.

If you don't have an option saying "TS3 overlay plugin" than I'd suggest downloading the plugin software from the ts3 site.

If that doesn't work, then reinstall teamspeak (save your server data :P) and when you reinstall there should be an option to install the overlay if I remember correctly.

Can I get ban for it ? I use it in many games and hope to not get banned for such no hacking tool, as the BattleEye can think about that ts overlay as hacks.
