I use to play with the admin of the server KaNo5003 not going to talk about him item duping or how he use to make copys of him self you could loot from. we had a falling out mainly from me not liking him giving out 50cal snipers nvgs and so on to all his frends who go and die 5mins latter (COD Kids) and was handing them out like candy so I was clearly not happy next day my bace was raped lost 1 ATV, 1 motorbike, and one truck thankfully I found my ATV shortly after when thay came for my boat I snipered one of them Eddy any way I left to make a new bace away from them and live out the rest of my DayZ life thay moved as well 2days latter I found there bace by blind luck stole all there stuff and all there cars and so on and drove over there tents after looting them, then for the next 4 days thay wer looking for me to get there stuff back and kill me I am guessing after sniping them on countless occasions thay gave up and factory reset the server after saving all there remaining stuff off on a diffident server

restarting the server 5 or 6 times in 2hrs too unflip an ATV is one thing witch KaNo dues a fair bit but a factory reset is a difrent story

so I went to a frends server but seeing as I lost all the stuff I had in the 3 difrent baces I had all baces at lest 10k away from each othere was a bit of a blow seeing as 4mins befor the factory reset my 2 out of my 3 baces were fine I am shore the 3ed one was fine but I go on facts not gess work had mate on teamspeak who was at othere bace so I know it was fine and no this was not the bug where cars and tents vanish and come back after next restart I cheaked after the next 7 restarts the server did witch did not take long when an admin is on and if you blow up a car thats on red if u restart server with in like 10secs theres a good chance the car will be back when server comes back up

so I went to my frends server and geared up after a wile I came on too there public teamspeak server and just listened to them talking till thay let slip where there bace was then mwr mawr ha ha ha so me and a few mates raided all there tents took what we could and the rest I grabbed out and dropped on the ground nerve by just so it would vanish next restart ha ha ha was loving life and rote on the map NightAss was here and below that I rote Dude Wheres my tent and the note was placed over there bace on the ingame map after about 40mins or so I came on there teamspeak and said thanks for the gun and the amo ofc thay banned me from there public teamspeak server now like 6 days latter I went too there server to raid my old nayber not kano just sum random I have been milking for awile only to see this message thay have full right to ban me from teamspeak but all the things I did in game are part of the game and I can tell you right now even with all there cheating it was fun having a arch nemesis all thow I can sympathize with them I am hard to kill but I am appealing this thay ban me today who will thay ban next any one who kills them more then once admins like this need to lern with great power comes great responsibility (woops fliped my ATV server restart)

they need to blacklist this server, they cant ban you just for taking their gear, these types of admins ruin the gameplay and should never be allowed to own servers

thank fully there factory reset, reset my cars but just think about this admin and otheres like him all the same if i still had cars and loot stored in them and if I wanted it back and was banned so all my loot stays where it is for 7 days then resets

but now public chat has been removed from the game all thay need to remove now is public notes and there should be no need for admins to have control to kick at all and let battle eye kick the hackers as you no dount no any admin that gets killed must have been killed by a hacker lol so lets ban the person who killed them

and being a troll or an asshole is part of this game eg two days ago after I died a guy on beach comes up to me and says hay you got any morphine and I sed sorry I dont and he sed good and shot me in the leg then bandaged me and walked off wile I was pissed I can appreciate how funny it would have been for him

put high ping kick at like 450ms and give admins no control to ban theres no need for it and yes I have admin control on my mates server and I know ATVs flip so I just use them for storage and give all users a 5min warning befor a server restart to fix lag or update to new patches and when ppl kill us we gard our boddys and kill any one who comes to loot no need to ban ppl when if you have any skill you can at lest put up a fight

They need to update the server and unban you, both unfair, the server not being updated because anyone that the server was nice for is out of luck, and if it get black listed people with any bases or vehicles there pretty much get a punch in the face

Agree on all of the above and while it is a punch in the face for anyone who has a base set up on that server or vehicles on it, its already a punch in the face to them if the claims are true about resetting the server multiple times in such short span as well as handing out gear and duping the system.

and all behaver such as being a troll and spawn camping and merdering unarmed ppl and so on it all part of the game so if we assume all hackers get banned by anti cheat system why should a 11yr old admin have the power to ban any one?

2 sides to every story. Nightass you know why you were banned! you were given the privalage of being an admin in TS on Kanos "OWN" home pc server. I asked you a question that you didnt seem to like and said i was going to put you on mute (so i could have some peace and quiet!). You then proceeded withought discussing with owner to remove my privaleges and ban me from TS! Kanno heard this and the other admins agreed that it was a pure abuse of your powers. your privaleges were then removed! Then you decided to come in TS under a different name that had admin privaleges and removed ALL the admins privalages including the owners and decided to ban them and the owner from his OWN TS server!! (and we still allowed you back! most would have got rid of you there and then!) You then proceeded to harass a young lady on TS to the point she left in tears, Pure harrasment, slander and defamation! (criminal in your country from what i understand). You then got in your head that i raided your base because of you banning me, this was never the case, im not as immature as you. for 1 i had no idea where your new base was, second, even if i had, i have better things to do in game than run around a 225 square km map looking for an idiot, but you were fixed on that it was me, without any proof, you just persumed i would come after you! No i nor any of us did. we couldnt help but laugh when all we got were messages from people saying we raided you and destroyed your gear when it wasnt us.You kept harrasing people in TS despite giving you warnings and allowing you back in you carried on. The admins decided for the sake of allowing people to play a game for fun without harrasment (as people were starting not to come back to ts and the server because of your antics!!) That it was in the best interests to remove you from the TS server. Despite removing you, you repeatedly logged ( 13 times!!!!) on to TS using different IP's to the point i had to threaten you with police action if you did not stop your childish antics and leave everyone alone in peace.You then decided to write "F*****of all over the public map that took me 20 mins to remove! It was then we banned you from the Game server and not one of us has regretted it since! You are the only individual we have ever banned from the game server and the only one we ever banned from TS. I can safely say you have some issues that need addressing lad! and i would appreciate it that you dont go defaming me to other servers as this has come back to us!

So in other words you banned him from the dayz server for messing with your TS (which you gave him admin rights to) and for putting markers on the map?

The first doesn't warrant a ban on the dayz side at all, ban on TS for sure. The second I have not seen anyone from the dev team say this was even close to being considered ban-worthy, but they may decide that it is. That is, if you have proof it was him that made the markings. Could have been anyone for all we know. Could have been you that put them there so you could use it as an excuse to ban him.

Also, the level of ignorance when it comes to legality issues you displayed in that post was great, loving it, would read again. A+++

what in game rules did I brake? stealing all your baces items is part of the game stealing your cars is part of the game so what grounds did you have to ban me? what in game rules did I brake? seeing as othere then hacking there are no rules in this game

Need more actionable evidence for any dev intervention. Suffice it to say, you shouldn't give out admin privileges to people without the maturity to handle that kind of power. (I know this from experience.)
