A Couple of Suggestions

Recommended Posts

Hello there. I have been playing DayZ for about a week now and just have a couple suggestions.

1) Player Profiles - The entirety of my play time in DayZ has been with a friend of mine and although I'm happy to play with him, sometimes we are unable to play because of work, school and other loyalties. For those times where I am alone and want to play however I do not want to risk losing all of my findings (weapons, food, etc) which seem to transfer to each of my player profiles. I've created a separate player profile which starts at the usual spawn location (anywhere on the beach) but spawns with all of the gear of my main account. Just suggesting that player profiles should be completely independent of each other.

2) Party system/ friend spawns - As I said I play this game with a friend. To help this game entertain those that like to get together and play games together, there should be a party system that allows new characters to form a party whether in server lobbies, or in a new party system screen and spawn in the same area. My friend and I had to spend our first 2 days trying to get to each other dying and being clueless a lot of the time as to how to find each other. It's less of a problem now that we have the game mapped out and a greater game sense but to a new player who wants to play the game with friends it can be stressful not being able to successfully meet up with your friend to play the game.
