bin\config.bin/cfgweapons error (need fix)

just as im about to join the server this error pops up "bin\config.bin/cfgweapons"

and then it show a black screen with a bar in the middle saying loading underneath, it gets to the end of the bar and then just stops and will not work.

plz help i really want to play dayz.

now it just comes up with the black screen and loading bar that dose not load (edited)
