Position before firing. Make it a habit to seek cover or a good vantage point first before firing a shot as this allows you to concentrate on firing once you get a good position

Be patient. If you see someone always observe the surroundings before engaging. Make it a habit to wait for the best oppurtunity to take down someone.

As of right now though, pvp is a joke unless they fix the DC hysteria and cowardly hackers.
