Oddly Specific Frame Rate Problem

Hey all,

I have a rather odd problem. The game seems to run perfectly fine on all servers EXCEPT my team server. My team server runs 1.7.2.3 and the latest beta patch (as do I), and everyone else seems to be running perfectly fine. I seem to be getting some terrible frame skipping and stuttering but ONLY WHEN I RUN. Standing still produces smooth gameplay, but as soon as I move I stutter to a point where it's unplayable (about 1/6th of a second per stutter happening about every 2 seconds). I've played on the server plenty of times before but it seems to have started happening today. I've tried running the game from steam, from the shortcut, and from the ArmA II launcher, and I seem to be having a problem only on that server, and I seem to be the only person having it. I'm completely lost as to what it could possibly be. It'd be nice to be able to play with my team and be able to access our camp, but I've been forced to play in other servers which is obviously less enjoyable. If anyone has any ideas as to why I'm skipping horribly ONLY on one server and ONLY when I'm running, I'd appreciate suggestions.
