A Question about servers (vehicles and tents)

My question is: why sometimes vehicles just vanish after server restart? or tent I just put bloodbags spawn "empty" after restart?

I had a vehicle and I made an accident. Suddenly server restarted.

now vehicle isnt there, tent is where is supposed to be but its empty.

what should I do, change server or just wait for them to load properly with another restart?

I forgot the ask my real q: I saw my nick "was killed" as soon as I join to server today. then there was my own body, just where I spawn and I had a broken bone. same thing happened to someone else too. what should I do, respawn?
