Nothing is helping...

Guys, probably some of you have seen me put up earlier posts of not being able to join a server... I'm trying everything you guys are saying, and I still get the wait for host bug. And I don't want my hard earned money going to waste. I've tried through six, through day z commander, through arma 2 itself. Still, nothing. Ive deleted my beta folder and installed 94876, and if I try through Arma 2, all the servers have a red x. If I try through commander or six, it just updates it to 94945. If you guys have ways to fix this, tell me how to do it step by step, because I'm probably missing something. And I know I have day z installed correctly. I played a game for like 5 min and This all happened. And I've tried re installing arma and arma oa. So please, I just want to play. That's all. I've been working on this for a week. I've asked like 10 times. It seems like everybody else is playing fine. This looks like an amazing game. PLEASE help!

install games off steam do updates as required create teh @dayz folder in AO and download six updater and click on a server running the latest version and click on it and it will download the files automatically then the game will start then you wait till it gets to multiplayer setup click ok and wait a while and your good to go

Can you get into non-dayz servers like an Arma Domination map? That would tell you if its a mod or game issue.
