Not able to run Arma 2 multiplayer missons.

After a hard day in DayZ, me and a few friends used to kick back in the Takistan Armex Armoury and test the weapons and vehicles. Since playing DayZ 1.7.2.2+ it's been unable to load, as if the data has deleted some required files.

Is there a simple fix for this that doesn't require a full reinstall?
