Hatchet drops ammo with it

Not really a specific thing in time.

What happened:

I had removed my hatchet from my toolbelt, reloaded it (even though it said it was fixed in the changelog) and after a while I wanted to pick up another weapon. The weapon and its ammo was on the ground and I had the "Take weapon(Drop hatchet)" option. Bear in mind that my hatchet was reloaded and ready for battle at the time. So I picked up the gun in question and dropped the hatchet automatically picking up the ammo for the gun on the ground and dropping the hatchet WITH AMMO FOR IT. Now it was only a visual bug, ergo I couldn't pick the ammo up or interact with it, but it was there. It disappeared when I did it vice versa "Take hatchet (Drop weapon)"
