Getting the message dayz_anim requires addon CA_Dubbing Counterattack and bin\config.bin/CfgVehicles/Citizen1.scope

So when i try to launch via the Arma 2 OA beta patch shortcut i get the message 'dayz_anim requires addon CA_Dubbing Counterattack', and then when i get to the main menu, i get 'bin\config.bin/CfgVehicles/Citizen1.scope' . I'm using the retail version from Amazon, have the latest beta patch installed as of today. Can anyone help me fix my problem?

Had the same prob as well as another so i am re-installing everything via Steam to see if this fixes the problem... i will post if everything goes well.
