Scary Hacker on SA 3 [LU]

So I just checked the northern supermarket and the appartments nearby in Berezino. Then I went south to the other supermarket and the hospital. After I looted both I went into an appartment, lay down on the second floor to log off, when I suddenly hear something. I recognized it's a player using VOIP. I thougt "Great my first noob to kill!" I was looking for his friend cause I don't know why the heck he would use VOIP if he isn't playing together with someone else.

Then the noise became louder and I heard a scary laughing. I was looking outside the window and saw a psychopath wearing a Ghillie suit and a sniper rifle. I tried to get a good shot on him and then he suddenly turned around and kept on laughing. I just seeing him aiming at me and laughing jumped around the corner and lay down again. And then I did a noob move and logged off. Well I don't do that normally but I don't wanna die because of a hacker.

Well so there you have a story and a hacker report. I won't be able to play on this server for the next days cause idk if this guy will teleport himself right next to me again...

Oh and I know that he teleported himself cause I was watching the whole town for like 15 minutes form the roof of an appartment and later for a minute from the hospital roof...

Oh and two more things. It was night time and he had no nameplate though nameplates were enabled on the server.
