About 3 or 4 days ago I logged in just outside Cherno with an existing character, took a little while to rezz the character which is normal sometimes but then a couple of minutes in, this flashes up on my screen everytime i look north east...

Issue at 2 min 30 secs

Don't remember the exact server but it was a veteran LU one and it eventually stopped. Just curious what could've caused it? My system is high end so it can more than handle the game on it's highest graphical settings.
