Do you actually enforce your server T&Cs?

I noticed in your server T&Cs you have the following main points:

• Server cannot be password protected
  
• Server must have at least 40+ slots
  

But refreshing six launcher you can see hundreds of password protected servers, and many with 2/10/20 max player slots.

I was just wondering are the rules ever enforced? It mentions these servers will be blacklisted, but the number doesn't seem to be getting any smaller.

Seems pretty unfair that people gear up in an empty password protected server and then jump onto a public one...

Lots if them Are private hive servers they have no control over, and some aren't following rules.

I would imagine it is very hard to enforce these rules on 1500+ servers, They are working on a better system so hopefully they can enforce it better soon.
