Stuck on Receiving Data on alot of servers!

Hey everyone! Ive got a slight problem were by I seem to get stuck at "Receiving Data" alot of them time on most servers. I get to the stage were you can see a background of cherno with a list of peoples names that are also in the server with you with their (ms). Top left you've got the BLUFOR etc and bottom left to right you've got the control options, disconnect and ok.

Now my problem is that the "Receiving Data" bar slowly goes to near full. but when it is near full im talking 90% done. Nothing happens and im stuck their. I will note aswell that there is also a yellow chain that pops up from time to time when this happens. Yet I still cant progress to the "loading" - "receiving" amd then the last part before your actually in.

I would love to hear some advice on this as this is only just recent for me since i updated the 98746 patch and 1.7.2.3.

"note I can get on "some" servers with no hassle at all. wierd I know :\
