Dead forever

Hello, we've got a ''little'' problem with two of my friends, we were playing the game when one of them died, but now he can not play anymore, he's stuck with that sand timer forever, can't respawn. He tried to change server, reinstall the game, change profil, nothing worked, he's still stuck on the ground as dead. Is that a known issue and is there a way to fix that please ? because he cannot play anymore :/

If he has the hourglass he's not dead. Have you tried an epi-pen?

Or waiting ~10 minutes?

It can take a long time to clear.

Hello, No he is really dead, I looted his body and studied it. We waited for almost an hour on different servers and nothing happened :/

Is there a way to delete the mission file in order to reset his character ?

Sounds like some seriously corrupt character data. I would tell your friend to post a detailed bug report in the BR forums including is player id.

I'm sure Ander or someone else with DB access can "wipe" his record and get him a fresh start.

Might have to wait patiently for a response though.
