Troubles Opening Day Z

So I am trying to get Day Z working... From what I have gathered I have installed everything correctly and have everything required to get the mod working.

I will attach a video of a recording I made which shows exactly what happens; I start the game using ARMA 2: OA and then launch the Combined Operations option. I have used several different techniques of installing the Day Z mod including the 'Day Z Updater' and the direct file downloads.

Please help me figure this one out because I have no idea what I am doing wrong! ::huh:

I see this issue all the time but never seen a solution.

Slow down the video and try to read what the box says, see if any errors pop up.
