How do I throw grenades?

Can not find it anywhere online, found a smoke grenade and theres no control for it in my controls on options.

Cannot equipt it or anything, how do I use them? thanks

Take them to your inventory and press f until you see throw option in your right top corner.

Ok did that, it didnt throw it but its been removed from my items now it just dissappeared

After pressing "F" until it shows "grenade" you then click and hold left click until you have enough power and let go

maybe you messed up adding it to your full backpack and then it ate it, tbh ive never had grenades dissapear on me whilst throwing, except out of my hand ofc followed by a loud bang
